Mat

Classes

e.g. 6 classes / £57

Pilates Mat Class

A beginners mat course is recommended for anyone new to Pilates. Blocks are usually six weeks in length but can vary due to holidays. We limit classes to ten people to ensure maximum personal tuition. Classes incorporate small equipment such as magic circles, pilates arcs, togu balls and foam rollers.

Reformer

Classes

e.g. 6 classes / £63

Mat-work experience is useful but not a pre-requisite. Reformer classes add resistance to the repertoire and give a more challenging workout. Classes are limited to eight people to ensure maximum personal tuition and safety.

Pilates Reformer

Small Group Sessions

e.g. 4 sessions / £60

Small Group sessions are for between two and four people, each benefiting from their own programme, using a mix of mat-work and equipment. Small Group sessions are an ideal way for friends and family to share  the cost of more personalised tuition that is not possible in a class situation

One-to-One Sessions

e.g. 4 sessions / £160

For those who have been referred by a health practitioner, have a specific need / injury they need to address or those wanting a quick-start to regular sessions. A full postural analysis will be carried out and any issues  discussed. 1-2-1 is also suitable for those who simply prefer personal tuition.

PILATES CLASS TIMETABLE & BOOKING

The current block of classes runs from 26th November 2018 through to 12th January 2019. Booking is closed. Please note, we are closed fron 24th December, re-opening 3rd January. Classes are available for booking when there is a Pay Now button beside the class, normally one week before and during the first week of a block. Classes are shown as Booking Closed once the block is underway, normally one week after the start of the block.

MAT OR REFORMER

All classes except Beginner classes are currently alternating Mat or Reformer week-by-week.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING WITH YOU

We provide mats and everything else you might need. Just bring an open mind and wear loose and comfortable clothing.

Please note, no outside footwear is allowed in the studio, or bare feet. For Mat Classes you can wear any kind of socks.

For Reformer Classes you should wear some form of studio socks (e.g. Pilates or Yoga) or grip socks.
